A.Usually around 1–2 hours depending on the size of the property. I don’t rush it — I’d rather make sure your place looks its best.
What if the weather’s rubbish on the day?
A.No stress. We’ll either reschedule or I’ll work around it. Cloudy skies can actually make for great lighting indoors.
When will I get my photos?
A.Typically within 2–3 days, however sometimes up to 2 weeks. I know you don’t want to wait around when it comes to getting your listing live.
Can you do drone shots too?
A.Absolutely. Aerial photos can really show off a property’s surroundings and add that “wow” factor.
Do you Photoshop the photos?
A.I edit every shot to look clean, sharp, and true-to-life — but no dodgy fake skies or stretching rooms bigger than they are. Buyers and guests should see what’s real.
What areas do you cover?
A.I’m based in Rotorua but travel all over the Bay of Plenty and Waikato. If you’re further out, just flick me a message and we’ll work something out.
What’s the difference between the packages?
A.Each one adds more polish and coverage. The Basic gets you professional photos that do the job well, the Enhanced really shows off the property, and the Premium package is designed to make your listing stand out at the highest level.
Do I need to tidy my property before the shoot?
A.Yep — think of it like getting your house ready for guests. A quick tidy, fresh cushions, lights on… it makes a huge difference in the photos.
